• Transactional data — invoices, purchase history, last 4 digits of card, payment status. Payment processing is handled by our processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Program & usage data — courses viewed, progress, completion, check‑ins, messages, scheduling activity, and feature usage.
• Wellness inputs (optional) — habit logs, goals, self‑reported metrics, and preferences you choose to share with us. We are not a healthcare provider and our services are not medical care.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, cookies, and similar identifiers.
• Communications — support requests, survey responses, reviews, and social messages.

3) Sources

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your use of our services, and from service providers we use to operate our business (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment, video, scheduling).

• Marketing opt‑out: Click “unsubscribe” in marketing emails.
• Access, correction, deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
