How the Beta Works

Apply and get onboarded
Email us to apply. Once accepted, we schedule a kickoff call to understand your team's wellness goals and set up your Everfit platform account. Full onboarding is handled by us — your team just shows up.

Your team engages with the program
Employees access structured wellness programming through the Everfit app. Programs are tailored to your team size, schedule, and goals — with ongoing coaching support built in.

Monthly virtual check-in meetings
Once per month, we meet virtually to review progress, discuss what's working, and adjust the program. These sessions are collaborative — your feedback directly shapes the direction of the program.

Provide feedback via surveys
In addition to monthly meetings, your team completes brief surveys to capture real-time feedback on the program experience. Your input helps design a corporate wellness model that works for SMBs.

Help shape the final SMB wellness blueprint
